FAQ’s

  • Do you require a deposit?

    We require a 50% down non-refundable deposit to book. The deposit is applied towards the total of your rental. If you need to cancel your event, we will hold your deposit and you can reschedule for any future date.

  • What form of payment do you accept?

    We accept credit and debit cards as well as cash. If paying by cash, we just ask that you please have exact change. Payment in full is due at the time of your rental delivery.

  • When do you set up/pick up?

    We set up the morning of your party (typically between 7am-Noon) and will pickup once your event ends. In the case you need a special delivery time, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.

  • Does the price include delivery and setting up?

    Yes, we offer free delivery to St. Louis County. An additional fee may apply for surrounding areas. Please inquire before booking to ensure you are in our delivery zone.

  • Is there a weather policy?

    If it is raining the day of your event and you decide to cancel, the deposit will be held and you will be able to reschedule for any available future date. The rain will not hurt our inflatables however, inflatable must be shut off if winds exceed 15 mph. No exceptions.

  • What surfaces do you set up on?

    We can set up on grass, turf, concrete, pavers, & asphalt. We cannot set up on any rocks as it will wear through the vinyl structure.

  • Do you set up at parks?

    If your party is taking place at a park or any public area, we ask that you please inquire before booking. Special inspections and permits may apply for your event.

  • Will the inflatables be clean?

    The inflatable will be totally clean! We wash, sanitize, and dry our inflatables immediately after each use.
